Tru-Oil® Gun Stock Finish, available in a 3 fl. oz. liquid bottle, has been the professional’s choice for gun stock finishing for more than 30 years. Its unique blend of linseed and other natural oils dries fast, resists water damage, and will not cloud, yellow, or crack with age.
This finish is excellent for sealing under butt plates, recoil pads, and in inletted actions to prevent stock damage.
If you’re looking for a hand-rubbed, satin luster, you can buff it with steel wool and rubbing compound.
