The Storm Pants are the bottom half of Hunters Element's ultralight rain system: waterproof overpants that sit at the bottom of your pack until the weather turns, then go on over your boots and midlayers in seconds. They're built on the second-generation Hydrafuse Techlite platform, which is more waterproof, more breathable, and lighter than the original.
