Shipping / Freight
Extreme Outdoor Sports reserves the right to freight products through any of its provided carriers. Shipping locations may vary based on product. Extreme Outdoor Sports reserves the right to freight goods from its Australian Warehouses, Retail Outlets, USA Warehouses and European Warehouses pending the product.
Extreme Outdoor Sports reserves the right to consolidate freight and use its manufacturers and Distribution partners to "dropship" goods to customers from international locations if needed. "Dropship" meaning, freight directly from supplier.
Extreme Outdoor Sports endeavours to have all goods delivered within a reasonable timeframe of 10 working days. We are not liable for freight handlers delays, Australia Post delays or incorrect deliveries made by freight companies.

Choice of Law
This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state and/or federal courts of the State New South Wales. The waiver of any provision of the Agreement shall not be considered a waiver of any other provision or of Extreme Outdoor Sports Pty Ltd.'s right to require strict observance of each of the terms herein. Raffle Terms& Conditions of Use
- Entrants are not restricted or limited to the number of raffle tickets which may be purchased.
- Raffle ticket sales will commence on the date advertised via the website or Extreme Outdoor Sports Pty Ltd social media platforms and all times are Australian Eastern Standard Time.
- Entrants need not be present to win. Prizes cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
- Vouchers are not able to be redeemed for prohibited weapons that fall under the Weapons Prohibition Act 1998.
- The draw for the winners will take place as per the advertised date and time via the website or Extreme Outdoor Sports Pty Ltd social media platforms at the Extreme Outdoor Sports Pty Ltd office, 1/2 Mineral Rd, Oak Flats, NSW, 2529.
- The legal age for purchasing raffle tickets is 18. If the winners are under the age of 18 years the prizes will be awarded to their parents or legal guardians.
- In the draw for the winners, the major prize will be drawn first and the other prizes drawn in descending order of the prize number and value.
- All winners will be notified by phone or email within 8 days of the winners being drawn, and the winner’s details will be published on the Extreme Outdoor Sports Pty Ltd social media platforms. A list of all prizes and winners will be displayed.

If all tickets are not exhausted by the end date EOS has the right to extend the end date by 14 day incriments until all tickets are sold
Who we Support
Extreme Outdoor Sports donates a % of all proceeds from raffle tickets sales to local grass roots organisations that are in need of funding assistance. We operate in accordance with Fair Tradings requirements. We do this to ensure those who enjoy our past time are able to get the funding and equipment they require to participate in our sport. We specifically support Wollongong City Surf Life Saving Club on an ongoing basis.
Termination
These terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or Extreme Outdoor Sports Pty Ltd. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. Extreme Outdoor Sports Pty Ltd. also may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice, and accordingly may deny you access to the Site, if in our sole judgment you fail to comply with any term or provision of the Agreement. The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this Agreement for all purposes.
